Our accreditation was completed sometime ago. Once placement happens Delta doesn’t particularly like to move the teams. With this in mind, I hadn’t been placed because I was passionate about working in the Princess Alexandra Hospital. With permission from Delta I did my own footwork. I spoke to the liason officer at this hospital. Necessary paperwork was sent out and we managed after some time to be placed.

Cooper & myself will be shortly visiting fornightly in the Brain Injury Ward.

Cooper has been for his Disease Control Protocol testing (throat swabs & Faecal Cultures) and we are waiting for an orientation day at the hospital within the next week.
